We Deliver Great Software Fast
While we don’t take ourselves too seriously, we do take our craft seriously. We know mission customers care about speed of delivery. That’s why we focus on a developing an engineering culture that promotes disciplined engineering and agile development practices. Our solutions are not only built to last, they are easy to extend and maintain. This has allowed our customers to thrive years after an initial release with a much smaller engineering staff that most of our competitors.

A Great Engineering Culture
Software doesn’t build itself; teams of people do. That’s why our primary focus is on developing a culture that produces better craftsmen, better teammates, and better technical leaders. As engineers, we like to build stuff, solve difficult problems, and try to master…well, anything! To curate our craft, we regularly get together at our internal monthly tech meetup, called the Orange Slice, to give tech talks, code together, and have an occasional pizza eating contest! 🙂
Work Life Balance
While we have a strong engineering culture at BTI360, we also like to take plenty of downtime to relax and recharge, which helps our team have a happy work-life balance. We also have a generous benefits package that gives our teammate’s peace of mind.
In addition, we regularly host fun company events and just enjoy doing life together. A sampling of Life @ BTI360 includes an annual Charity poker event, Christmas Party, Company Picnic, Game nights, Hiking/Camping trips, Paintball, and more!
Servant Leadership
For us, investing in our people is so much more than technical training and leadership development. It means using our resources for the benefit of our teammates and their families both inside and outside of work. This is why we’ve baked servant leadership into our company culture through giving back.
We firmly believe giving back to others helps develop better engineers and better engineering teams. Furthermore, it’s the right thing to do. Check out some of the 3rd world excursions and other service projects we, as a team, have contributed to.
